Sunrise’s 5th Annual Art Night is March 19, 2013. This is a one-evening celebration of your child’s art, and you don’t need to be an Art Docent or have any experience to participate. It’s the culmination of the Art Docent Program where Sunrise parents go into the classrooms every month, provide art education on famous artists and their paintings, and complete a related art project. If you don’t get a chance to participate at school as much as you’d like to, this is a one-time event with lots of other great parents. It takes a village! There are opportunities to be a part of the Art Night Committee and ways to serve in a small way at the event. I’d love to hear from you.
